Qualificações

• Valid RN license by start date.
• CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Nursing degree from an accredited school.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Perform age- and disease-specific assessments and data collection.
• Coordinate and communicate care plans with physicians, nurses and support staff.
• Document care activities and patient status with electronic systems.
• Administer medications following bar-scanning and safety protocols.
• Facilitate safe patient transitions and discharge planning.
