Job summary

Mercy Hospital Fort Smith is seeking a registered nurse to provide patient care using the nursing process, with accountability for care quality and confidentiality. The role coordinates across departments and supports patient rights; a sign-on bonus is offered for full-time RNs.

Qualifications include an accredited nursing degree (ADN/ Diploma/ BSN), current RN licensure in the state or a compact state, and BLS/ACLS certifications or achievement within 90 days of hire.
