Job summary

Mercy is seeking an RN in Fort Smith to provide patient care using the nursing process, coordinate care across departments, and uphold patient rights and Mercy standards.

Requirements include graduation from a nursing program, current RN license, and ACLS/BLS (ACLS and BLS or equivalent within 90 days). A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time RNs with at least 1 year of experience. No contract.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Maintain current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Certifications: ACLS and BLS required or obtained within 90 days; American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card.
