Essential Functions

1. Perform assigned duties and requested tasks

4. Assess and manage pain using appropriate techniques
5. Provide patient care and communicate effectively across all ages and needs
6. Administer medications correctly, following the 6 rights
7. Assist physicians with procedures and perform technical services
8. Perform treatments within licensure scope
9. Ensure patient safety and minimize errors
10. Operate equipment safely and correctly
11. Educate patients and families on disease processes
