The Role

Hone is looking for a Clinical Operations Specialist (RN) to join our team. As someone with a clinical background, you are responsible for supporting doctors and their patients with their medical care. We are a fast growing company and currently seeking a nurse for our Women's Optimization care. You will review, triage, and escalate physician and patient issues in collaboration with the customer service, clinical, and operations teams so that patients have the best experience with Hone. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires excelling in an unstructured setting and using clinical judgment to make decisions.

Primary Responsibilities

Key responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Manage communications between patients and doctors and associated documentation as required, e.g. FSA-related letters, medical referrals, etc.
  • Work with the clinical and operations team to make sure the patient receives fast resolution to any concerns.
  • Collaborate with our Customer Service team in troubleshooting any patient requests pertaining to physician requirements/tasks supporting their treatment
  • Provide clinical feedback in response to patient inquiries involving medication, lab, side effects, and anything clinically related in collaboration with clinical operations
  • Support physicians to ensure any patient care issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Follow established protocols and processes, with an eye towards improving operational processes to provide the best patient experience.
  • Be willing to take on additional clinical projects or responsibilities when necessary.

Qualifications

In order to qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Licensed nurse - strong preference in Women's care/hormone experience (compact state license preferred)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adhere to deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset
  • Can quickly learn new technology systems and communication tools
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • 2+ year(s) experience working with physicians and/or patients in a healthcare setting preferred, ideally in a telemedicine environment.
  • Very comfortable using common technology platforms (e.g. Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Meet)
  • Effective and compassionate communicator (written and verbal)
  • Must be a self-starter who looks for opportunities for improvement regularly

Compensation Range

$60,000-$70,000 annually
