Under the Director of Nursing, you will oversee infection control, quality assurance, and admissions screening while managing resources efficiently and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Requires active RN license and LTC experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.

PM Shift RN Supervisor

Starting at $47.00/hour

Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM | Every Other Weekend Required

Position Summary

Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the Nurse Manager assumes delegated responsibility and accountability for delivering resident care in accordance with professional nursing standards and all state and federal regulations. This role ensures implementation of nursing policies and procedures aligned with the facility’s mission and philosophy while promoting the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident. The Nurse Manager also leads key functions, including staff education, infection control, quality assurance, and admission screening. This position requires effective resource management to ensure care is delivered efficiently, responsibly, and with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing environment
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to long-term care
