Complete Care at Brakeley Park is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead and support our nursing team in providing compassionate, high-quality care for residents.

You will guide RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, oversee daily clinical operations, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote optimal resident outcomes. The role requires strong clinical judgment and a compassionate, team-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license.
• Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills.
