Job summary

Southern Health Partners is seeking a dedicated RN Night Shift Supervisor to oversee nursing operations during the overnight shift at the Montgomery County Jail in Clarksville, TN. You will provide clinical leadership, support your team, and help ensure high-quality patient care in a secure correctional setting.

The role requires an active Tennessee RN license with prior leadership experience and a strong focus on patient safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee RN license is required.
• Previous nursing leadership, charge nurse, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision for the night shift nursing team.
• Serve as the primary clinical resource for nursing staff during overnight hours.
• Coordinate daily nursing operations to ensure efficient patient care.
• Assist with patient assessments, treatments, medication administration, and emergency response as needed.
• Support compliance with nursing standards, policies, and correctional healthcare guidelines.
• Coach, mentor, and encourage team members while promoting a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with medical providers and facility staff to maintain continuity of care.
• Complete accurate documentation and quality assurance responsibilities.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
