Southern Health Partners is seeking an LPN for the Night Shift at Washington County Jail in Tennessee. This full-time role offers a 12-hour night rotation with 3/4 schedule, shift differential, and a stable, structured environment where compassionate nursing matters.

You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor health status, perform assessments, document care, respond to changes, and collaborate with the health team within state scope guidelines.
