Job summary

Eden East in Hampton, PA is seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor to join our nursing team in a full-time capacity. You will oversee daily nursing operations, supervise staff, and ensure the highest standards of resident care across all units.

The position features a double-shift schedule on weekends (7:00 AM to 11:30 PM), with every other holiday off and one weekend off every three months; a $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered with installments after 90 days and again at six months.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Degree from an accredited RN program.
• Minimum 3 years of long-term care or assisted living experience preferred.
• Familiarity with state survey rules, Medicare and Medicaid.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Prior PCC experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure high standards of resident care.
• Develop and implement nursing services, policies, and procedures.
• Design and evaluate nursing systems for consistent care delivery.
• Conduct nursing rounds on all units several times daily.
• Protect residents from abuse, mistreatment, and neglect.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary management on nursing services.

Schedule

• Double-double shift: 7:00 AM to 11:30 PM every Saturday and Sunday
• Every other holiday off
• One scheduled weekend off every 3 months

Sign-On Bonus

• 50% paid after 6 months

As the RN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement nursing services, objectives, policies, and procedures in accordance with federal and state regulations, as well as local standards and guidelines.
• Design, implement, and evaluate nursing systems that ensure consistent care delivery while maintaining and promoting resident rights.
• Conduct nursing rounds on all units multiple times daily, including at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Ensure residents are protected from abuse, mistreatment, and neglect.
• Collaborate as a key member of the facility's interdisciplinary management team in planning, policy formation, and administrative decision-making, with a focus on nursing services.

Education and Experience:

• Active nursing licensure is required.
• Degree from an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program.
• A minimum of three years of experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with state Survey Rules & Regulations, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Proficiency in using desktop/notebook computers, Microsoft Office products, and various medical equipment.
• Prior experience with PCC (Point Click Care) is a strong plus.
