EDEN EAST, a portfolio of skilled nursing, is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee daily nursing operations and ensure the highest standards of resident care. The role includes designing care systems and leading rounds across units to safeguard resident rights.

You will join an interdisciplinary team in a family‑like environment, with a $10,000 sign‑on bonus (full‑time only) and a schedule emphasizing weekend coverage and holidays.

Qualifications

• Active nursing licensure is required.
• Degree from an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a long‑term care or assisted living setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with state Survey Rules & Regulations, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Proficiency in using desktop/notebook computers, Microsoft Office products, and various medical equipment.
• Prior experience with PCC (Point Click Care) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement nursing services, objectives, policies, and procedures in accordance with federal and state regulations, as well as local standards and guidelines.
• Design, implement, and evaluate nursing systems that ensure consistent care delivery while maintaining and promoting resident rights.
• Conduct nursing rounds on all units multiple times daily, including at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Ensure residents are protected from abuse, mistreatment, and neglect.
• Collaborate as a key member of the facility's interdisciplinary management team in planning, policy formation, and administrative decision-making, with a focus on nursing services.

Position: RN Supervisor

Join our team as an RN Supervisor!

Schedule for Full time

• Double-double shift: 7:00 AM to 11:30 PM every Saturday and Sunday
• Every other holiday off
• One scheduled weekend off every 3 months

Schedule for Part time

• Part‑Time RN Supervisor opening (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM), scheduled every other Monday, every other weekend, and every other holiday.

Sign-On Bonus

• Sign‑On Bonus: $10,000, paid in four installments over one year
• The sign‑on bonus applies only to the full‑time opening.
