Job summary

Eden Senior Care, LLC's Eden East portfolio is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at our skilled nursing facilities. You will plan and deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process and collaborate with the care team to support residents.

Responsibilities include administering medications, reporting changes to the physician and family, and supervising nursing assistants to maintain high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Graduate or current student from an accredited nursing program.
• 1 year of long-term care experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate well in verbal and written form.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate changes in patient clinical condition with physician, nursing supervisor and family
• Complete required record keeping upon residents admission, discharge, transfer; chart and document per facility policy

Requirements

• Graduate or Future Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Hold a Current State License as a Registered Nurse
• Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms
• Have a minimum of 1 year experience as an R.N. in a long term care setting (preferred)
• A natural problem solver
• Are committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff
