Loyalhanna Care Center in Latrobe, PA is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our nursing team on 12-hour shifts. We value compassionate, resident-centered care and a collaborative, supportive work environment that fosters professional growth and recognition.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care, administer medications, monitor residents, document accurately, and mentor LPNs and CNAs while collaborating with physicians and therapists.

Qualifications

• Pennsylvania RN license in good standing.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong assessment, leadership, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to resident care.
• Ability to work every other weekend and holiday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and skilled nursing care.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes.
• Supervise and mentor Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants.
