The RN Supervisor is a leadership role responsible for the oversight and coordination of nursing care within the hospital setting, ensuring safe, high-quality and patient-centered care is delivered across departments. This role includes the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care plans and outcomes, while maintaining compliance with all standards of nursing practice as legislated by the State of Oregon.
The RN Supervisor provides clinical guidance and operational support to nursing staff, including RNs, CNAs, PCTs, ED Technicians, and other patient care personnel. The ideal candidate brings strong clinical expertise in medical-surgical care and is capable of supporting both emergency and obstetric units.
This individual must demonstrate sound clinical judgment, strong leadership skills and a commitment to fostering a collaborative, team-based environment.
