Job summary

Senior Lifestyle in Auburn, ME is seeking a Registered Nurse to oversee daily clinical activities and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. The role includes medication supervision, patient admissions, and development of care plans within a supportive team environment.

The successful candidate will hold an active RN license in good standing, have CPR certification, and at least 1 year of experience in skilled, sub-acute, or memory care settings.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent in Nursing.
• Area of Study: Nursing.
• 1+ years of experience in skilled, sub-acute, or memory care settings.
• Active RN license in the practicing state with CPR certification.
• English fluency for job duties and documentation.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise/ administer medications per Federal & State regulations and company guidelines.
• May assist with admissions, assessments, and care plans.
• Maintain clinical documentation and infection control tracking as directed.
• Communicate changes in residents’ health to physicians and families.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and participate in safety plans.
• Provide resident/staff education and keep confidentiality.
