Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and document medical information.
• Provide wound care and nursing interventions as needed.
• Oversee LPNs and CNAs in delivering care.
