Southern Illinois Healthcare (SIH) is seeking a registered nurse to lead concurrent chart review and data abstraction for stroke patients. You will support the Neuro Program Coordinators, maintain the discharge callback program, and oversee the EMMI initiatives tied to stroke care.
Ideal candidates have an Illinois RN license and at least 5 years of acute RN experience. This on-site role emphasizes data accuracy, feedback to staff, and quarterly presentations to the Stroke Committee.
Responsible for concurrent chart review and data abstraction for stroke patient records, reporting data, and providing feedback to Neuro Program Coordinators, maintain discharge call back program, and maintaining EMMI program.
Technical Experience: 5 years RN experience in an acute setting.
