Job summary

Overview

Lifepoint Rehabilitation is part of Lifepoint Health, a diversified healthcare delivery network, jointly operated with Atlantic Health System. We welcome Registered Nurses (RN) who are committed to patient-centered rehabilitation care and wish to contribute to communities’ health and independence.

Responsibilities

• Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
• Initiate appropriate nursing interventions for each patient.
• Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient.
• Perform timely and appropriate documentation related to medical necessity in the medical record.
• Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
• Conduct timely and accurate quality improvement assessments.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, BSN, or Diploma).
• Current RN licensure in the State of New Jersey.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred; CRRN preferred but not required.
• Minimum six (6) months of acute care or med/surg experience preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and a rehabilitation-focused mindset.

Hourly range: $35.74/hr. - $48.26/hr.

Shift: Days - 3x12 hour shifts (7am-7pm).
