Job summary

Lifepoint Rehabilitation in New Jersey is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a dedicated rehabilitation team. You will assess patients, implement interventions, and document medical necessity to support care plans.

A current NJ RN license and nursing degree are required, with ACLS/CRRN preferred and 6 months of acute care experience recommended. We offer a patient-centered environment with low nurse-to-patient ratios, opportunities for professional growth, and a schedule of 3x12 shifts (days)

• Minimum six (6) months of acute care or med/surg experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs.
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient.
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record.
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
• Performs timely and accurate QI assessments.

How You\'ll Contribute

What We\'re Looking For

Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a degree from an accredited nursing program. Additional requirements include:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, BSN, or Diploma)


• Current RN licensure in the State of New Jersey


• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required


• ACLS preferred; CRRN preferred but not required


• Minimum six (6) months of acute care or med/surg experience preferred


• Strong communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and rehabilitation-focused mindset

Schedule: 3x12, Days (7a-7p), rotating weekends

Hourly range: $35.74/hr. - $48.26/hr.
