Job summary

The Meadows Skilled Nursing, part of Vibra Healthcare, is seeking Registered Nurses to join our team in Central Massachusetts. Walk-ins are welcome for our October 17 hiring event from 10am to 5pm at The Meadows facility.

Responsibilities include comprehensive resident assessments, direct care, and supervision of nursing staff. Candidates should hold an active RN license in MA and Vibra-approved BLS certification, with prior medical/surgical or rehab experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in the state of employment.
• Current BLS certification from Vibra-approved vendor.
• 1 year of medical/surgical, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to project a professional image.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
• Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessment of resident and family needs to determine nursing services required.
• Provide direct care and supervise nursing staff; delegate and supervise all nursing care.
• Manage resident care, monitor quality and safety during assigned shift.
• Serve as liaison to keep Program Manager and Nursing Supervisor aware of major occurrences and needs of the program.
