Job summary

Vibra Healthcare seeks a Registered Nurse for The Meadows of Central Massachusetts, an 82-bed transitional care facility adjacent to Vibra Hospital of Western Massachusetts – Central Campus. You will assess resident and family needs, plan and deliver nursing care, and supervise junior staff to support recovery and independence.

This role requires an active RN license in the state and a Vibra-approved BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.
• BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for comprehensive assessment of resident and family needs to determine nursing services required.
• Provides direct care and supervises nursing care as delegated by the facility.
• Demonstrates clinical competence, manages resident care, and maintains professional relationships.
• Keeps Program Manager and Nursing Supervisor informed of major occurrences and program needs.
