The Meadows Skilled Nursing, part of Vibra Healthcare, LLC, is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join our care team in Central Massachusetts. The position features 8-hour shifts and a team-focused environment dedicated to skilled nursing and rehabilitation services.

Ideal candidates hold a valid LPN license in Massachusetts and a current BLS certification, with preferred experience in clinical settings and acute/long-term care.

Qualifications

• Current, valid LPN/VN license in the state of employment.
• BLS certification required.
• One year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Three years medical/surgical experience preferred.
• One year of area-specific experience preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for clinical functions on the unit, including all aspects of resident care using the nursing process.
• Ensure the unit functions smoothly and efficiently under supervision of the Registered Nurse.
• Delegate and supervise nursing care while maintaining professional relationships and care quality.
