Qualifications

• RN license required and active in Minnesota.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process.
• Direct the day-to-day activities of nursing assistants.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician.
• Communicate changes in patient condition with physician, supervisor and family.
• Complete required record keeping for admissions, transfers and discharges.
