Responsibilities

• Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care via nursing process
• Direct the day-to-day activities of nursing assistants
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician
• Communicate changes in patient condition with physician and family
• Complete required resident records upon admission, discharge, or transfer
