• Plan, implement, and document nursing care according to physician orders and policies.
• Provide patient and family education as part of the care plan.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to meet patient needs and improve outcomes.
• Demonstrate leadership within the unit and support other staff as needed.

Responsabilités

• Independently plan and provide professional nursing care for patients per physician orders.
• Use professional nursing judgment to tailor the plan based on assessment and response to care.
• Delegate tasks and supervise other licensed and unlicensed staff as assigned.
• Act as preceptor and support the development of staff and learners.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and quality initiatives.
• Maintain competencies and pursue ongoing professional development.
