Qualifications

• RN license in Colorado is required.
• CPR certification required.
• 1-3 years experience in Skilled Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers nursing care to residents per care plans.
• Evaluates residents’ condition and monitors status.
• Assists with admissions, transfers and discharges with required documentation.
• Performs assessments for changes in resident condition.
• Ensures nursing history is in the medical record.
