Job summary

Elk Ridge Health and Rehabilitation Center in Colorado is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care according to each resident's care plan, under supervision, ensuring dignity and comfort.

You will assist with feeding, grooming, mobility, and activities, fill out and maintain patient records, and collaborate with nurses and other staff. A $2000 sign-on bonus is available and growth opportunities are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least one year of previous work experience is desired
• Education: High school diploma or GED
• License: Colorado CNA certification or transfer in process
• Ability to follow care plans and document care accurately

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous care and comfort to residents
• Assist with feeding and daily fluid intake
• Assist with grooming, hygiene, and personal care
• Help residents stand, walk, exercise, sit and lie down
• Escort and transport residents as needed and maintain records
• Fill out and maintain patient records
