Qualificações

• Active RN license in Colorado.
• Nursing degree or RN program completion required.
• Current CPR certification.
• 1–3 years' experience in direct care preferred; Skilled Nursing experience desirable.
• Ability to plan and deliver nursing care per standards and doctor orders.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates commitment to mission, values and ethical behavior.
• Evaluates and monitors residents' condition and provides professional nursing care per care plan and orders.
• Contributes to standards of care with interdisciplinary team members.
• Initiates emergency support measures when needed.
• Coordinates resident admission, transfer, and discharge with proper documentation.
• Performs assessments identifying changes in condition.
• Ensures nursing history is present in the resident's medical record.
