Qualifications

• Colorado RN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Strong clinical skills with resident-centered care.
• Willingness to mentor LPNs and CNAs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting.
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and manage care plans.
• Oversee and coordinate resident care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and respond to changes.
• Promote restorative care, independence, and dignity for residents.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
