Job summary
Senior Community Care of North Carolina PACE in Durham, NC seeks a Registered Nurse to provide direct, compassionate care for residents in a home-based setting. You’ll follow care plans, monitor health conditions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a mission-driven program.

Qualifications
- Currently licensed Registered Nurse in NC.
- CPR certification current.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and resident orders.
- Long-term care experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct, hands-on nursing care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living.
- Support residents’ physical and emotional well‑being with compassionate, person-centered care.
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to the nursing team for timely care.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment while following all care plans and infection control standards.
