Pay Range: $19.25 - $23.45

As a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) provider, our interdisciplinary teams deliver personalized, comprehensive care tailored to each participant’s needs. Situated in Durham, this location blends Southern charm with a growing, innovative community.
