Senior Community Care of North Carolina PACE, a program of Volunteers of America National Services (VOANS), seeks a Registered Nurse in Durham, NC. This is a paid opportunity to serve others with a mission-driven team and a Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. schedule.

You will provide direct, hands-on care to residents, follow care plans, and support residents’ physical and emotional well-being in a welcoming campus setting with growth opportunities and competitive benefits.

Competenze

• Current Registered Nurse licensure in NC.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and resident orders.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide direct, hands-on care to residents, including activities of daily living.
• Support residents’ well-being with compassionate, person-centred care.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to the nursing team.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment while following care plans and infection control standards.
