Job summary

Cross Country Search is seeking an RN Care Manager in Burlington, NC. The role supports older adults through a PACE program and requires leadership across a multidisciplinary team.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a competitive hourly range and a direct-hire, full-time commitment. The ideal candidate holds an NC RN license, at least five years of supervisory experience in ambulatory, home care, or long-term care, and holds BLS/First Aid certifications to lead high-quality,

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with NC RN license.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial or supervisory experience in ambulatory, home care, long-term care, or PACE.
• Valid NC driver’s license, BLS, and First Aid certification required.
• Strong leadership, nursing assessment, geriatric care, IV skills, communication, organization, and critical-thinking abilities.

Join our Burlington, NC team! RN Care Manager opportunity offering $36.74 – $49.38/hour DOE with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.

Requirements to Apply
