Ideal candidates will work closely with physicians, LPNs, CNAs, and therapists, handling care plans, documentation, and education for residents and families. This on-site role emphasizes safety and high-quality nursing standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in good standing from the Virginia State Board of Nursing.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills are required.
• Candidates should be compassionate, dependable, and committed to resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per physician orders and individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and accurately.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly to the healthcare team.
• Perform routine assessments, document care, and maintain accurate medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, LPNs, CNAs, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate residents and families about care plans and health conditions.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal nursing standards.
