Job summary

We care for you senior services is hiring a Registered Nurse to create and manage individualized care plans for patients. The RN will observe, document, and communicate patient needs while delivering compassionate, detail‑oriented care.

The role requires current RN licensure, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate with a care team to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes. Physical presence is expected; valid driver's license is preferred for home visits, and CPR

Qualifications

• Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of employment.
• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• First aid/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with other colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
• Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor
