Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a single school site in Washington for the upcoming academic year. The on-site contract supports a diverse caseload including medication administration, diabetes care, and epilepsy management to enable every student to participate fully in school.

Responsibilities include health planning, emergency response, and maintaining health records while collaborating with educators and families.

Qualifications

• Active RN license valid for Washington.
• Previous experience as a school nurse or working with children preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Current CPR certification.

• Deliver diabetic care, including monitoring glucose and administering insulin when necessary.

• Promote a culture of wellness and safety for students and staff.

Job description

Make a meaningful difference in students lives as a Registered Nurse at a single school site for the upcoming academic year. This vital onsite contract position allows you to work closely with school staff, families, and students, ensuring a safe and nurturing learning environment.

Youll be responsible for supporting a diverse caseload, including children with complex medical needssuch as medication administration, diabetic management, and providing care for epilepsy allowing every student the opportunity to fully participate in their education.
