Job summary

Coosa Valley Medical Center (CVMC) in Alabama is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its patient care team. The RN will execute comprehensive nursing care, lead nursing staff, and ensure quality patient outcomes across shifts.

The ideal candidate holds an accredited nursing degree and an Alabama RN license, with 1–3 years of related experience and strong communication, analytical, and computer skills to support care plans and documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and licensed in Alabama.
• 1–3 years’ experience in a related field.
• Organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
• Analytical, grammar/spelling, and computer skills; ability to read and understand instructions.

Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse executes comprehensive nursing care activities and provides nursing staff leadership.
• She/he assesses patient needs, plans and implements patient care activities, and evaluates the patient’s response to treatment.
• She/he manages activities within the therapeutic milieu and directs the delivery of nursing care by other members of the nursing treatment team.
