Job summary

Coosa Valley Medical Center in Sylacauga, AL is seeking a registered nurse to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care on their unit during shifts. You will lead care teams, coordinate with multidisciplinary staff, and ensure safety and quality care.

Qualifications include a State of Alabama RN license, BSN preferred, strong assessment and communication skills, and a commitment to compassionate, evidence-based nursing practice within a supportive hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed in Alabama.
• Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and communicate findings effectively.
• Effective interpersonal skills sufficient to interact with patient and families.
• Knowledge of safety standards, infection control and quality improvement.
• Strong knowledge of nursing theory and practice, assessment and planning activities, technical expertise and delegation skills to provide effective nursing care for assigned patients.
