Job summary

Coosa Valley Medical Center in Sylacauga, AL is seeking a Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care on a busy unit. You will lead care teammates, coordinate supplies, and promote collaboration across the health care team.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed in the State of Alabama.
• Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and communicate findings effectively.
• Effective interpersonal skills sufficient to interact with patients and families.
• Knowledge of safety standards, infection control and quality improvement.
• Strong knowledge of nursing theory and practice, assessment and planning activities, technical expertise and delegation skills to provide effective nursing care for assigned patients.
