Job summary

Coosa Valley Medical Center (CVMC) is seeking a Registered Nurse to execute comprehensive nursing care activities and provide leadership to the nursing staff. The RN will assess patient needs, plan and implement care, and evaluate responses to treatment.

Applicants must be licensed in Alabama and demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and adherence to safety and infection control standards. CVMC offers competitive compensation and flexible scheduling options.

Qualifications

• ,Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed in the State of Alabama.
• Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and communicate findings effectively.
• Effective interpersonal skills sufficient to interact with patient and families.
• Knowledge of safety standards, infection control and quality improvement.
• Strong knowledge of nursing theory and practice, assessment and planning activities, technical expertise and delegation skills to provide effective nursing care for assigned patients.
