Job summary

MercyOne Clinton Medical Center, part of Trinity Health, is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse for day and night shifts. The RN will provide direct patient care, collaborate with physicians and families, and support evidence-based practices under ANA standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Iowa required.
• BLS certification within 3 months of hire.
• ACLS certification within 1 year of hire; PALS preferred.
• 2-4 years RN experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; problem solving and patient assessment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using critical thinking and evidence-based practice.
• Communicate with physicians, care team and families about the plan of care.
• Deliver holistic nursing care aligned with MercyOne Clinton and ANA standards.
• Plan, assess, intervene, coordinate and document patient care.
