Job summary

MercyOne Clinton Medical Center is seeking an Experienced Registered Nurse for day and night shifts on a full-time basis. You will deliver direct patient care under ANA standards and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Active RN licensure in Iowa is required, with BLS within 3 months and ACLS within 1 year. PALS preferred; 2–4 years of RN experience and strong communication skills are desired.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years RN experience
• Nursing org certification preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve and assess patient condition

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using evidence-based practice and critical thinking.
• Coordinate care with physicians and care team members.
• Communicate care plans with patients and families.
• Deliver holistic nursing care per ANA standards.
• Perform physical, psychosocial, nutritional and functional assessments.
