Job summary

MercyOne Clinton is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for day and night shifts on a rotating schedule. You will provide evidence-based, patient-centered care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support the MercyOne mission. Prior RN experience and Iowa licensure required; BLS within 3 months and ACLS within 1 year; PALS preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Iowa (Board of Nursing)
• BLS certification within 3 months of hire
• ACLS certification within 1 year of hire
• PALS certification preferred
• 2–4 years RN experience preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care following ANA standards of practice and professional performance
• Communicate with physicians, care team, patients and families about the plan of care
• Perform assessments and coordinate care to deliver family-centered, evidence-based nursing
