Rotary Senior Living is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team. The RN will provide skilled nursing care and follow individualized care plans to improve residents' quality of life within our community.

We offer a sign-on bonus, 12-hour shifts, and PRN options. Starting pay is $38.00 per hour, with increases based on experience. This role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care and adherence to nursing standards.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold current Registered Nurse (RN) license with applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain a state-specific license.
• Knowledgeable of nursing practices and procedures as well as the applicable state laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing functions.
• Demonstrates leadership ability while promoting the spirit of cooperation with team members.
• Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

JOB HIGHLIGHTS:

• SIGN ON BONUS $5,000
• 12-hour shifts available: 6 am -6 pm (rotating weekends)
• PRN (both shifts - 1 shift a month requirement)
• Starting Pay $38.00, increases depending on experience

JOB SUMMARY:

As a Registered Nurse, you positively and directly impact the lives of others by assisting in the administration of quality nursing care for the community. Registered Nurses cater to residents' individual care plans through the practice of recognized nursing techniques, procedures, and established standards.
