Job summary

Ingleside, a Colony Court Senior Living community in Fairmont, MN, is seeking an Experienced Registered Nurse to join our PRN, part-time team. You will oversee care plans, medication management, and regulatory compliance while supporting residents through aging and coordinating with physicians.

The role requires a Minnesota RN license, prior assisted living experience, and strong English communication. You will supervise staff, assist with admissions, maintain records, and respond to emergencies

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota RN license required.
• Prior experience in an assisted living environment.
• Fluent reading/writing and spoken English.
• Ability to work PRN, part-time hours and adapt to a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee care plans, medication management, documentation, and adherence to assisted living licensure requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians and medical staff to assess residents and develop individualized health plans.
• Supervise, train, and support unlicensed staff, including competency training and on-call assistance.

What You'll Do:

• Ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance by overseeing care plans, medication management, documentation, and adherence to assisted living licensure requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians and medical staff to assess residents, develop individualized health and service plans, and support residents through the aging process.
• Supervise, train, and support unlicensed staff, including competency training, staffing coordination, TB testing, and on-call assistance.
• Assist with resident admissions, maintain resident records, respond to emergency situations, and partner closely with leadership to support daily community operations.

What You'll Need:

• Active, Unencumbered Minnesota Registered Nurse license
• Previous experience is an assisted living environment
• Must be able to fluently read, write, and communicate in English
