Cedar Court Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Ingleside/Colony Court Senior Living in Fairmont, MN. This PRN, part-time role offers competitive hourly pay and community-based responsibilities focused on high-quality resident care.

You will oversee care plans, medication management, and regulatory compliance, working with a team and leadership to support daily operations in a senior living setting. New grads welcome to apply, English fluency required.

  What You’ll Do:
• Ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance by overseeing care plans, medication management, documentation, and adherence to assisted living licensure requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians and medical staff to assess residents, develop individualized health and service plans, and support residents through the aging process.
• Supervise, train, and support unlicensed staff, including competency training, staffing coordination, TB testing, and on-call assistance.
• Assist with resident admissions, maintain resident records, respond to emergency situations, and partner closely with leadership to support daily community operations.
  What You’ll Need:
• Active, Unencumbered Minnesota Registered Nurse license
• Previous experience is an assisted living environment
• Must be able to fluently read, write, and communicate in English
