Family-Pillars-Homecare is seeking dedicated RNs and LPNs to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes across Florida.

The role includes intermittent visits, private duty shifts, and care plan coordination. Florida licensure, reliability, and flexible per diem scheduling are essential to joining our team.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN or LPN license (Compact License accepted).
• Current CPR certification (BLS).
• Level 2 background screening (AHCA-compliant).
• TB screening and physical (within past 6 months).
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and time management.
• Reliable transportation and commitment to punctual, professional care.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled nursing visits: wound care, IV administration, medication management, patient assessments.
• Carry out shift-based care for patients needing extended clinical support.
• Monitor and document patient condition and progress.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to update care plans.
• Maintain records in compliance with HIPAA and CMS; OASIS documentation for RN.
• Uphold infection control standards and agency protocols.

About the Role
