Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Pinecone Unit in Michigan. The role supports youth with neurodevelopmental disorders in an inpatient, recovery-focused setting, with opportunities for leadership within the care team.

Night and evening shifts include a $25,000 sign-on bonus and $2/hour incentive pay on top of base wage, plus shift differentials. BLS/CPR, RN license required.

Qualifikationen

Join Pine Rest's Pinecone Unit and receive a $25,000 Sign-On Bonus plus an additional $2.00/hour incentive pay on top of your base wage and applicable shift differentials.

Pinecone is a specialized inpatient unit serving youth with neurodevelopmental disorders and complex behavioral health needs. Nurses on this unit work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary treatment team to provide compassionate, person-centered psychiatric and medical care in a structured, recovery-focused environment.

Available Schedules

Evening Shift (2nd Shift)

• Full-Time, 32 hours per week
• 8-hour shifts: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required

• Thursday (Resource Day)
• Friday (Resource Day)

Night Shift (3rd Shift)

• Full-Time, 32 hours per week
• 8-hour shifts: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend (Friday & Saturday) and holiday rotation required

Position Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality nursing care to patients receiving treatment in hospital and residential settings. This role supports a safe, therapeutic environment while coordinating care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Nurses serve as clinical leaders on the unit and play a critical role in supporting recovery-focused treatment.

• Satisfactory clinical background and experience
