Job summary

Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Svc in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to support individuals in hospital and residential settings. The RN will provide person-centered nursing care, clinical leadership, and collaboration within an interdisciplinary team on the 11pm-7:30am third shift.

This full-time, 32-hour weekly role offers a $25,000 sign-on bonus, incentive pay of $2 per hour for Pinecone, shift differential, and strong benefits including medical, PTO, 403(b),

Qualifications

• Active Michigan RN license.
• BSN preferred.
• CPR certification required (BLS/CPR as applicable).
• Psychiatric nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess nursing care needs and develop plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate care with physicians and care teams.
• Provide milieu management and education to individuals and families.
• Maintain a safe environment and document care per policies.
