Pine Rest is seeking aPsych RN for the Lotus Unit, an at-risk youth residential program in Grand Rapids, MI. This role rotates between 1st and 2nd shifts and emphasizes autonomy and therapeutic relationships with youth aged 11-17.

Responsibilities include assessing needs, coordinating nursing care, administering medications, and providing education to patients and families. A Michigan RN license and CPR/BLS are required, with BSN preferred.

Lotus is a secure residential treatment program serving at-risk youth ages 11-17. The program provides intensive community transition services focused on psychiatric stabilization, emotional regulation, and independent living skills. This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy building long-term therapeutic relationships and working with greater autonomy.
